Perhaps if you’re not a chronic heavy user. I had a patient beg me for days to give her a cone. She eventually tried to get out of bed even though she had a broken pelvis (from driving into a tree whilst stoned), consequently she ended up with her head of femur (top of her thigh bone) going through her acetabulum (the socket where the head of femur sits). I bet having your thigh bone inside your pelvis – right next to your bladder and vital organs – would not be a very pleasant feeling….
And perhaps you should go to an intensive care unit and see all the teenagers on life support who thought it was a good idea to drive whilst stoned or drunk. Or chronic marijuana users in psychiatric hospitals thinking that pink elephants are chasing them – no marijuana does not normally cause hallucinations but it can and does cause psychosis. Before you start glorifying drug use – why don’t you go and work in the health system and see the effects they have for yourself.
