The Mountain Shop will most probably be using the same rubbers. I believe BJ does have some thinner and softer high-performance rubbers available but won't put them on your shoes unless it’s specifically requested. I think pricing is similar and suggest you just give them both a call, they are both really helpful and both know what they are talking about.
