Hauling in two fish at once |

I've been in the situation where I've had two guys on separate ropes. One of them decides to wait for the other to come up (I'm ok with this and had him tied off). After awhile his voice started getting closer, he'd started climbing without letting me know.
Needless to say I wasn't amused and won't climb with him now.
