The quickdraws are about 8-9 years old, but have been used less than 20 times. They have also been stored correctly. It broke just below top corner on the spine of the biner leaving a small hollow indent in the upper (now removed) section. The spine has a lump/bump that fits into the hollow if that makes sense. I'd love to take a photo and post it, but do not have a digital camera, or computer literacey.
