heh, not yet they did actually charge me twice for the policy, most likely due to me being slightly trigger happy on the submit button, once i got through to them, they refunded my money fairly quickly. They're underwritten by some German insurance company, my gf actually spoke to them on the phone when enquiring about climbing.
