Its true - I started reducing my energy consumption and doubling output - I lost a few kgs, and was unhappy and wanted chocolate, a lot. Then I started eating a teency bit more - but smarter - and excersicing like a loony. The result - Mikl lost 8kgs and I put my 2kgs back on. I FEEL better, and am getting fit, however, in terms of reducing weight for climbing I REMAIN THE SAME. Its some stupid evolutionary joke, I swear. I also now have raging ice-cream cravings that I never had before.
