Guys, relax. Get your facts sorted before you lose your minds in a rage. - the money came from a community group sponsored by an electrical company. No government money was spent on this, not one cent. No money was taken from emergency services or schools. - traffic lights do not come under the state government funding stream. Who really cares if it's a woman. Is it really worth getting in a rage about? Why not get angry about things that actually matter? There are multiple issues all over the world to get angry about. And your losing your mind over a pedestrian traffic light? Come on.
