Ceuse is certainly one of the very best sport crags in the world. Many routes are very “sporting” too. Neil, I'd head straight there because it sounds like you'll be arriving late in the season. Ceuse is at altitude and cops some pretty bad storms. When I was there a few months ago I was doing some photos and this thunder storm moved in very quickly. We called off the shoot and I jumared back up to the top of the massif (it was the only way for me to get down). Being on top of the massif with all that lightning around was… well… very very frightening…

Anyway, here’s one of the results of that shoot. It’s Chris Sharma trying a 70 meter 8c+ (34). That's a 70 meter PITCH – not just a 70 meter route! Try doing a move like that after 50 meters of continuous hard climbing… The route is called No Future and it is a bit right of Sharma’s infamous Realisation.

Now I see how easy it is to add photos, hmmmm…
