Hi Chockstone, I'm heading to Nepal in October/November to do Makalu BC, Sherpani Col and eventually Mera Peak. Just wondering has anyone got any info on getting travel insurance to cover this? Insure4less have told me their underwriters are not in a position to cover Nepal at the moment. I have joined the UKAAC but as far as I can tell their policy does not cover 6000+m peaks unless the summit can be climbed the same day as leaving the base camp of the climb. Any info would be much appreciated.
