Every time Ive used them E.W. (which has been plenty), they have been prompt, usually not more than a week. Now its been three, and I've been unable to contact them in that time via phone (goes straight to voicemail) or email. Thanks for the info Macciza, I hope things are not to serious on that front. Though I too, would be surprised if there wasn't still someone at the store.
