Hi Pange,
As noted above, pretty much all climbing sites in the Vic Range are closed due to the fires. While some of the climbing sites themselves may not have been badly damaged, the access to there has and varies in degrees. Millennium caves is not at the top of the list as one of the areas to be opened first - and this will be for a variety of reasons be it roads, badly burnt ground requiring regrowth and cultural heritage issues in the area.
Please take advantage of all the climbing sites that are open and available to access.
It will be open in the future - it's not going anywhere.
The first area on the ticklist to be opened will be the Red Rocks and Muline area crags. I will update when areas are opened. http://cliffcare.org.au/

Maybe not the best information to be giving - especially without the information explaining that the area is also currently closed. Regardless of what your personal thoughts may be on closed areas, and I am not presuming anything here, at least providing all the information would be a better option.
