Attack Mode/Attack Mode Extension/Attack Mode Completion/White Ladder is an interesting one in that the original climb 'ended' at a lower off biner three quarters the way up the total length of the climb.
The rest of the bolts were there, the only problem was no one could get to the chains until Chris.
It is unfortunate to say that Attack Mode was never really a complete route finishing as it did on the biner.
Similiar to having a grade 20 climb you can't complete, so you do the bit you can and give it a name.
I suspect that because it was Nowra's hardest climb at the time it was treated this way.
