Apparently it was a youth harness attached to her full body harness. I wouldnt do it with my kids, but wouldnt rage at those who did if they were using all the correct gear to minimise the risk. A helmet on the kid would have been a good idea though... IMO, People are getting too soft these days (puts on flame suit) There is a climbing vid out there (cant remember the name) which is all about women climbers and their kids. They are doing something similar, and something even more 'extreme' - climbing whilst heavily pregnant (which I dont support). Good film though!
