The other bolt on the anchor is a pretty dodgy rusty original so it doesn't offer much redundancy > It's captive on the u-bolt so will require some effort to get off. Yep, someone needs to get up there with a hacksaw. A second biner on the same bolt (the good new U-bolt) might help in the meantime
