I doubt that. Most likely, who/whatever this is already has every address of every member as once you're logged in the membership directory lists every member and every member's email address. So this instance is not stoppable.
Regarding using Captcha to stop future instances, I suspect this particular harvest signup was done manually as it'd be a lot of work to write a script that could recognise every signup page under the sun and respond to the emails. If Chockstone were using a known bulletin board package it would make sense that a script signed up, but I don't think Chockstone is.
So how do we make it harder for the next spammer is the question?
- something like what facebook does and have a script that generates an image with the email address in it - I think this is a fair amount of work for Mike
- use javascript to decode a obfuscated string into a mailto: link - More doable
- just use HTML character encoding to make it harder for a script to parse out mailto links - Simple but doesn't defeat as many scripts as the two options above
- make the links unclickable and turn @ into [ at ] or something - Very simple but also fairly simple to work around

... or a combination of some of the above?
risa is discombobulated; as I got another yahoo addy from her in another 'original contact email'; being
>risa_idonatus@yahoo.com
... ajfclark spur to yahoo may have worked for risa to change addy yet again?

I remember receving one a little while back which was different to these ones described. It used a variant of the email and the name you got M9. Took me a little while to work out that it wasn't quite right. Unfortunately its long gone so i can't post any more details but i was rather weird.
oh and don't forget to post up the replies to your baitings M9!

That post might be a bit technical for this forum. For those lucky folk not ensconced in the IT world a translation would be "If I get a chance today I might do some internet (forum) software writing thingy"

You obviously are not bilingual, Ambyeok. The direct translation of afjclarks statement
is:
"If I get bored browsing p0rn, I will copy and paste some code from some website and
hope it works on ours."

AJF appears to be attempting to translate something in Porn Handjob Protocol to Actual Sex Protocol. Good luck buddy, not IT geek has ever pulled this off (pun unintended but welcome).
