Nice to see him use the knee on the final mantle. Until then he looked a bit too cool.

that very rope in that very device gets jammed between the silver bit(where the arrow is) and the blue tab on the other half...not a huge issue, but the big old one dont do it. dont tell anyone.

Here's a tip for everyone: don't bother watching this.

Sure, not the flashest home video ever made, but I thought it was an interesting exercise in hand stack technique and the fun you can have with six no.5 camalots. You can beg to differ, but don't be an arseh*le about it.

It certainly doesnt make me wanna do that climb - its all squirm and thrutch (and dropping cams).

That is dedication to jamming! I'm sure most of us would have tried to layback most of it.
The most intriguing part for me is watching how he works around the cams and rope. That sort of climb can be a lot easier if you place the gear below your hands.

Don't shoot the messenger, I performed a public service. Imagine how much bandwidth would have been wasted otherwise.

I enjoyed it, as it is always good to see how others tackle similar situations, and I am not too old to learn new tricks if I come across them.

... So what didn't you like about it Duncan?

PS; I also don't know why superstu deleted his original post concerning it.

I could've sworn I found this on here a few months back, but I can't find it now... So apologies if it's a repost...

Wow. I have done lots of dumb high consequence activities in my life. Most wingsuit videos are just, well, "meh." This video, however, really caught my imagination. Very cool stuff.

Well done. And thank you, Andrew, for posting (again maybe).

And Im with Sol on that.. this was... awesome.... Though there is another where he just about clips an arm-rail on a road, looks like switzerland or something. Ill try and find that.

Very cool.

Sol what other "high consequence" things you been doing?

Lots of them involved skis. Some of them vehicles. I have slowed down quite a bit. Thankfully.

ahh vehicular craziness. When the campfires are allowed again, we can have a long and interesting bourbon fueled talk about exploits involving stupidity, speed, and extra-vehicular activities. I have more than a few of those!

Ive also slowed down on that front, now its more focused I hope :)

Sorry, quick hijack...anyone ever made mistakes doing this wingsuit stuff that ended in injuries or death?
