Just be careful approaching the Watchman wall along the marked trail. There is a nesting emu along the trail with 2 eggs in her nest. She was extremely grumpy when we came along and scared the crap out of us when she bolted. Best leave this wall alone for a few weeks.

That would be a "He", not a "She". Emus have done a role-reversal in the nurturing stakes. Apparently they don't leave the nest for the 7-8 week incubation period.
