I use mine quite often, they are Camp brand slider nuts, very nice for thin parallel cracks, they are easy
enough to clean if not fully loaded but just seated well, hit the trigger and twist/rotate.
If they have had a fall on them then you may need to hit the nut part of the mechanism up to then loosen
the placement, I have had them for years now, they're light enough to take with me on on-sight attempts.
The point of attachment for the cable that situates the ball (or half ball) can be re-punched to prevent
slippage, this is the only problem I have had with mine in ten years of climbing with them.
I would recommend them, higher ratings than the smallest cams, smaller than the smallest cams.
Just important to know that they require a couple of sharp slams to seat them properly, to prevent them
pulling.
