Bernardo, while i definatly rate the tricams i have on my rack (pink red and black .5-1.5?) i find that i tend to place them only when i have run out of small cams or in particularly narrow pockets in sandstone. i find that they are a bit of a pain to fiddle in, particularly one handed, when you are pumped and strung out above gear... personally i would consider tricams a back up to the small cams i have on my rack, or for unusual placements, the other thing to note is they seem very vulnerable to being wiggled out by rope drag in parallel cracks. clancy
