Hey just had a talk to a shoe repair guy about this exact same thing, except that he has the new blue "Red Chili" Sprits. Says that the best thing to do is to soak your shoes in a bucket of water with a cap full on metho and half a lemon. Sucks the dye out and also makes it a bit more colour fast so it doesn't bleed. The reason why it bleeds so much is because of excessive sweating, the sweat is slightly acidic and causes the ink to break down and bleed.
