My understanding is that it comes with only one option. Either the torch or the firestarter or the sharpener.
You'd have to order 3 knives to get the 3 options.
Regarding customs, If it's not actually an assisted or automatic opener (which I'm pretty sure it isn't) then it's fine to bring in.
Otherwise ring the Keith Spencer at the Australian Knife Collectors Club. I think he has some liqidation models of these that he's selling cheap. - look up their site...
Haven't seen one in the flesh like Carlos, but it sounds like the build quality has a little to be desired.
