Go to the retailer you purchased it off. They will be able to do nothing themselves. Ask for them to send it to the authorised warranty dudes for that brand. Your harness will be inspected and you will be told a) they will replace it or b) they will not replace it because you f---ed something up. That is all you can do. Good luck
