the BD screws have changed recently - make sure you get the new (chrome finish) ones. The older (black finish) version are harder to start as the teeth are smaller. CM & Grivel are easier to place than the old BD. The new BD & CM & Grivel are all pretty similar.
otherwise, BD / CM or Grivel are the way to go. I'm becoming more & more converted to the Grivel screws every time I use them (a few friends have some)... they're not really that bad to rack so long as you rack them on the same clipper. The big handle makes it sooo much easier to place when you pumped or if the ice is hard - definitely worth the very small amount of extra racking fiddle.
