Yup, I know what they are for, just couldn't tell if the Shield had it or not =P I have the Black Diamond Momentum Speed, its great for sport and gym, but it is a bit uncomfortable for hanging belays and I don't like the moulded gear loops (and only four of them). Seeing as I am spending most of my time tradding now, I was looking at a new harness. Either the Shield, the Cadillac your talking about, or the Singing Rock Reticon.
