Mythos have been around forever and hopefully will remain so (or I'm stuffed for shoes). The great thing about them is, they lace way down to the toe, so you don't have to rely on perfect fit, like with mocassin style. But they are unlined and stretch BIG TIME. A lot of people buy shoes too small (usually on the advice of some crankmeister friend), and suffer for eternity before selling them as used on this site :-o But with Mythos, you really want to buy them snug as.

They are hardly cutting edge shoes, but if you do a bit of Googling you can find Francois Legrand winning world climbing champs in them in the early 90s. Good enough for me!

(PS Mythos OK for toe cracks but preferably not full-on foot insertion, you'd want a board lasted shoe for that I reckon)
