I use a bit of cotton wool and force it through the tube a coupla times and clean the bladder with a soft cloth, you dont want to scratch the interior of the bladder so dont scrub anything. To kill off all the nastys I use the same stuff I use for my homebrewing, it doesen't leave and taste as far as I can remember.To dry it out just do something like this. Getting into hombrewing is a great way to learn about clean, you should do it!
