That particular route is actually great and the quality is pretty good if you follow the advice of the guide book and follow the rightward diagonal arete to top. If you try to top out early, you might need crampons :-)
I think that whole section (Isla de Muerta) is relatively good (for Woolamai) in terms of rock quality.
