Rebolting is happening (slowly) here as the old bolts are a bit revolting. I found these 2 hangers at the base of The belles, The Belles and tested them. They broke at 8.8 and 10.7 kN, or about the strength of a good carrot (and better than a lot of old quickdraws). I think I made them in 1991 (with no knowledge except a desire to make them as cheaply as possible) and they have some major design flaws, mostly the tiny amount of metal between the hole and end of the hanger, on the short one you can see that the biner hole has deformed during the test and was close to failure.
