I tore up the gaitors on my boots pretty bad on a recent expedition. The boots are the millet one sport everest, which have an inbuilt gore tex gaitor. The gaitor is quite thin material. Ive looked around and seen some of the gore tex repair kits available (stick on type) but i dont think they'll work, considering the amount of damage. Short of forking out $$$ for a new pair, anyone got any ideas for a fix? I may have to resort to the stick on patches and reinforce them with stitching, cant see any way around it myself.. any ideas?
