To true, to true. I have a pack (that needs replacing now) that has a lot of loops and hanging adjustable this and that and a lot of unecessary crap which leaves a lot of dangling bits of straps.

I was walking up to a glacier one day with it on and the wind was pretty fierce and kind of whirling all around because of formation of the mountains around me (the back of Lake Louise) Well because I had so many dangly straps they decided to belt (no pun intended) me and occasionaly leave welts where ever they landed. wasn't pleasant.

just another thing to not have to look after or worry about if you don't have them.
