More seriously, as Sabu touched upon, I think that any rescue should be paid for. That way fools would think twice about paying for a chopper to bring them water, and in legitimate emergencies, insurance pays, or at least the person being rescued is happy enough about being alive that they will (eventually) pay the bill. I always just assumed this was the case- Am I wrong?
