I use marmot bags plasma series, the -1 I've used summer and winter huts, bivied cold condits, nz with bivy bag in nz, all fine, used the +4 summer and winter huts and summer bivy. I sleep cold if I was counting grams I'd go the +4 at 570g I think and if versatility, the -1 I often have to unzip this bag - too warm. The bag is long and quite wide ie comfortable for a restless sleeper or large person
