I've had that happen with the floor after 3-4 years. Buy the same type of silicon you'd use to waterproof a fish tank. Dilute it with meths to a consistency it can be applied with a paint brush. Paint the exterior of the tent floor and it should be water proof again. Don't get the silicon mix on your clothes, it won't wash off naturally enough.
