Thanks Jon the pom. You're rather loquacious today! Had to look that one up. I'll use it for my next Toastmasters meeting if I have to do the word of the week. Had a look at that link re the dyslexia and IQ. It was good but very dense and still cogitating over it all. btw Einstein had dyslexia and did very badly in school.

And yes I am serious about the shoes. Don't want to get climbing shoes. I think i need more weight on my feet yes...that's where I have been going wrong. Thanks for telling me the benefits. I'll wait and see.

Paulie - the tights sound hot but don't know about 3/4 length. Can't say I've seen a guy in that get up. Above the knee like bike shorts or full length like ballet dancer is better! lol.

Children are suposed to love bright colours you know so fluro lycra should be just the thing.
