We have a false doorframe a bit like the picture with a bit of wood at the bottom and some legs to stablise it, however I have a pullup bar screwed into it, which I use to anchor my hangboards (we have 4)
We've mounted the boards on long bits of wood that rest on the false doorframe and we wrap tat around the pullup bar and back into the wood to secure it in the wall. It's pretty good, we pull the frame out and put it outside with our woody when we have inspections and we haven't had a problem. |
