Hi, These are known as "midget flange" globes, and come in a variety of voltages and sizes - typically 6V, 12V, 14V, and 28V, although you can also get them rated up to 60V. Typical lengths are 9.5mm for the sub-midgets (SX3) and 16mm for the midgets (SX6). They are manufactured by VCH International. Prices are around the $2 - $4 in my 2001 catalogue. (2005 catalogue is at work). If you tell me the exact voltage and current ratings plus size, I can give you a replacement part number. sjm
