so far it is super solid and no noticable flex.... yeah was thinking about a couple of holds directly on the ceiling but it makes so much fuching noise dirlling slabs & I dont want to piss of the neighbors any more....

BIG G -it has 50 x 50mm angle steel welded into a right angle and secured to the bricks in the side wall and concrete slab ceiling with dyna bolts (about 12 or so each side). Chains (cant tell you the exact spec but the rating is pretty high) connected to a massive threaded ringbolt which is bolted to the steel frame and another on wich is bolted on to the 6 x 2 hunk off wood which is the top rail of the board - I can probly send you a pic or 2 of that at some stage if you want..
