Hi M75, By ripping, do you mean the the stitching is breaking, stitching unravelling, or stitching pulling through the webbing? Have a look at the rest of the bartacks, do they seem like they are pulling through the webbing? Is the tack finished the same on all? Out of interest. Are the daisy's dyneema/spectra webbing? and is the thread dyneema/spectra?
