no i would be doing that if i didn't put the ref at the end. It was advice I agreed with from
my experience with new climbers in bumbly loose fitting symmetrical shoes.

Maybe. Dave has a lot of experience coaching new climbers so I respect what he says
in this regard. Don't know if Adam has much coaching experience.
