The only way it isn't theft is if the person who took it honestly thought it was abandoned, or always planned to return it. As I said, I can't see how anyone could think than a fairly elaborate rig in an obscure place has been abandoned, any more than you could think the same of rap chains at the top of a sport climb. Want me to break it down to monosyllables for you mattjr?
