Due to this info' i've just had a look at my new GriGri , guess what No# it is !!!! 10327 If you possess a GRIGRI 2 (D14 2O, D14 2G, D14 2B) with the first five digits of the serial number between 10326 and 11136 thanks to contact by email your local Petzl distributor (see below) with your complete postal address in order to initiate an exchange. I should get something extra special because it's the first one in the series. Perhaps a whole new rack, all expences paid tour of the PETZL factorie and 18 months climber around the world road trip and a free T-shirt.
