Cheers for all the comments! I looked at 60's but do agree that most multipitch stuff can be done in 45-50m lengths and basically my last climb was in the weddin mountains near grenfell in NSW and it took the best part of a day to get in through the thick bush to find a nicely situated 70m wall with amazing potential. weight is an issue but it is my first rope that i am finally buying but having been using borrowed ropes for a while, so i still think i need a pretty hardy rope. I am also a Uni student so price is an issue. |
