Agree with DavidC, additional rest day at Lobuche wont harm. Also, considering you've never been to altitude, I'd recommend to take it slowly. If it was me, I'd have taken acclim. days at Namche, Tengboche (actually, I'd take 2 days there), Pheriche and Lobuche. Summit of a 6000mt mountain on the 10th day could be OK if you're trained and your body adjust well to altitude, however I personally would not have tried it so early, couple additional acclimatisation days will do more good than harm.
With regards to the 2nd part of your trip, I am also not sure why you need a rest day on day 20.
Another thing is do not rest during your rest days, make sure you move around.
I've never been to a proper alitude in Nepal but I've climbed in other places. .
