It has been a little while since I've been to Nepal so, some of the heights aren't to fresh in my memory. Have you been to altitude before? Some people acclimatise faster than others.

If I was going I would change some of your early days. Most people can get away with going up about 300m per day and then every 4 days ( on the 4th day) have a rest day or if there is a large increase have a rest day.
I don't think you will need both rest days at tengboche and Pheriche, you may find you don't need them at all, it may be of more benefit to have the rest day in Lobuche as it is a higher altitude then lower rest days.

Also having never climbed Kyajo Ri I may be totally wrong but I'm unsure why you would have a rest day at Camp 1 , by then you should be acclimatized and should just go up.
Anyway hope that helps, remember it is only a plan weather and illness will change it.
