The poles on mine snapped and they wouldn't replace them - i don't know how they snapped as they were quite sturdy and I liked it - once i worked out how to use it. My flat mate could have messed with it and snapped it putting it away - but no one owned up to it -so mystry. Otherwise though I thought it a great little tent for car camping. x
