I've found this to be a stellar method, and the setup we had on Zodiac recently. If said 7mm cord is tied to bags in such a way that 2/3 of the length sticks out as a tail on one side, and 1/3 or less sticks out as a tail on the other side, then the long side is for lower-outs and the short side is for backing up the pro-traxion (or whatever) with a munter-mule when the bags reach the belay. Always there, ready to go. Fast. Light.

Get used to jugging dynamic lines if following a leader, cleaning their pro. Haul line should be static.
