Nicely done! But one comment immediately springs to mind...

For all the bolt types their physical properties are pretty well described - with the exception of the U-bolts. These seem to only be referred to by their embedment depth (ie an 80mm U) and there is very little mention of the stainless diameter. This omission is both apparent in most of the labels and some of the descriptions of experimental method. Putting this information in, like you have for all the other bolts (diameter and depth) would tighten up the writing - as I believe that only one diameter was used (10mm) and there is a wide variety of steel stock being used out there for U's. Personally, I've come across 12mm (monsters!), 10mm, 8mm and even 5mm.

I also think that U thickness would be an excellent area for further testing - and I'd be happy to lend a hand in this regard.
