Fabric for portaledge bed |

I made a carbon fibre portaledge many many years ago. Back then, I bought Cordura from a bloke with a company called "Synergy Textiles" who was in Mona Vale in Sydney at the time. (http://www.synergytextiles.com)
He sells different weights and colours of Cordura fabric by the metre.
Since it's a very tough fabric, I had it sewn by a sailmaker in Brookvale. Hood sails from memory.
I made the flysheet myself out of a single layer breathable fabric. |
