I campused for 2 months or so & even stopped climbing outdoors for a while (much to the disapointment of my housemate monty!!). I came back stronger than ever and did more hard routes in a month, than i had done for the last 1.5 years.
Anyhow, at the end of the day you have to find out what works for you. Arguing on chockstone seems pointless, to say the least.
