The two shoes ive had that ive felt most comfortable in on granite have been Boreal Aces and La Sportevia Mythos. The common ground here is good edging on a nice stiff sole (stiffness also helps on those thrunchy flared cracks), a comfortable fit and a conventional shape. Its great to have a shoe you can put on, climb a smeary slab with, belay, climb a crack pitch, belay, walk back to the bottom of the route in, all without taking the shoes of. Granite will trash you shoes fairly quickly, so a solid stiff lasted all-round shoe than can be re-soled a few times is ideal. In my opinion, save the more technical shoes for bouldering / sports climbing.
